Jayson DJ’d recently at our wedding and he was nothing short of amazing. During the planning process he was always available, responsive and willing to give us suggestions or work with us to pick the right music for our special day.On the wedding day, he didn’t miss a beat. Working hand in hand with our MC, responding to music requests on the fly, and reading the room to keep everyone/get everyone back on the dance floor. We even had some excellent feedback from our guests and we would definitely recommend him to any of our friends or family who have DJ services needs. Thanks again Jayson!

Jayson's work was outstanding, the flower wall was really entertaining for the guests to take photos at our wedding reception! We received everything that Jayson stated was included. At the end of the night we had the book that our guests were filling up and a USB with a digital copy of all images taken.

We hired Jay the DJ for my recent 60th birthday party, recommended by the catering company we were using. It was a really professional set up with a giant speaker and disco light which really set the mood. Jay set up his equipment just outside the back door on the deck and played such great tracks that some friends danced solidly for 4 hours! I did give him a list of tracks I liked at the start so he knew the kind of music we were looking for but then the great songs just kept coming! it was a really fantastic night and I would highly Jay for your event!

We hired the Party Starters to run a photo booth at a school dinner event. The photo booth was a huge hit, everything ran smoothly and there were some excellent quality props available - not the typical rubbish you might find at a dollar store. Jays worked tirelessly throughout the night to keep the queue of guests happy and moving through the booth efficiently. Jays was also an absolute pleasure to deal with - professional, excellent communicator, punctual and he offered very reasonable pricing. I have no hesitation in recommending Jays and the Party Starters for any event.

Jayson is amazing! We booked him 3 years ago, in the land before Covid, after dancing to his music at our daughters Valedictory Ball.Finally, last weekend we got to dance to his music again. He is the best kind of DJ because he listens to what you want, then mixes it up in that genre, and gets everyone dancing.You don't just get a DJ with Jayson, you get skill, professionalism, and attention! We had an age group ranging from 20 year olds, to 40 & 50 then up to 80 and they were all up dancing.Couldn't have asked for a better DJ and such a nice guy.Thanks Jayson!

Jayson and his team are the best! We hired a lovely photobooth (with flower wall) and some lights for our wedding. The quality of the backdrop and photos were A+. The props were also a lot better than many of the other companies we had checked out. Also the attendant on the night was so helpful. Would 100% recommend.
