Very rushed service and poor quality treatments. I was served in 30 mins as a walk in, but the poor woman beside me had an appointment yet was left unattended with her nails soaking this whole time. She complained, understandably.Only two coats of shellac were applied, which wasn’t enough as it chipped off on the same day. Nails were trimmed square but not filed well. Woman nearly pierced my skin with the nail clippers. She splashed acetone over me. They don’t follow the health department sterilization requirements for instruments. Would never go back.

I went in for a walk in appointment for infills when they had no one else in salon and asked for a new colour. I was then told she could only do the same colour or nothing and was waved out the door and told to “go then” after I asked for a different colour this set as I always change it up each month. I have never had worse service in my life.

Really wanted to like place after hearing all the good reviews.. I called ahead to see if they had availability as I know how nail salons can get and they managed to schedule me in for a specific time. I unfortunately had 2 separate girls work on my nails, they both preceded to cut the SIDES of my nails?! With the cuticle scissors. The polish/shellac is the only decent thing about my nails, I asked for square and I have round nails, my cuticles are also messy.They were both super rushed as they booked multiple girls in at the same time and were also accepting walk ins, the whole situation was just unprofessional and to top it off, one of the workers started angrily shouting at a woman who kept complaining that the SNS nail file was hurting her and kindly asked them to be a bit more gentle. Was just super unprofessional in front of all the other clients. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Absolutely wonderful. Lovely service and took the time do my nails beautifully and to the highest standard possible. Very impressed!!
