Worst service ever. Went there to get a blue slip few days back as i got a car transferred interstate. The cost for the blue slip on the official site of NSW cites $69. The car was brought from BMW Brisbane and there was no fault at all. I didn’t get any call to pick up the car and i myself called at 10am in the morning when i was supposed to pick up where i was told that the mechanics gonna come at 10:30am and will then start the process. That day they were closing at 12pm, so keeping that in mind, i went there around 11:35am. So that i can pay and bring back my car. The lady on the front counter asked me to pay $230 in the very start stating that the mechanic took 1.5 hrs just to match the engine number provided. Then she asked to pay a round figure of $200 and then $190 as if she was trying to get whatever she can, out of my pocket. First of all, i was being charged for something I wasn’t told before (if there was a problem matching the engine number, they should have called me before and told me about the labour charges, which they didn’t). They even told me that matching BMW’s engine number is a pain but when i booked an appointment, they mentioned $67 whereas the car make and model was told before hand and it is not like they were doing it for the first time on BMW. Secondly, doing the maths from 10:30am-11:30am which is an hour, how they were charging me for 1.5 hrs labour (as they told me on the call that the mechanics gonna come at 10:30am). Anyways I didn’t get my blue slip done from them and went to the other mechanic. Today, I got it done for $69 (the amount set by NSW transport for blue slip). STOP FOOLING PEOPLE.

From the first phone call to Danics the team went above and beyond to help me! I had a popped tyre from going over a pot hole, I called them and on arrival somebody was waiting for me. They walked some through my options! Even gave me a good condition second hand tyre to drive around on until the stock came in with my purchased tyre as it was safer then driving on a spare. Price and service was very good.

We got a flat this morning and we popped in to get it changed, these guys are so friendly, very helpful, very accommodating and the price was great to, only $35 to get the flat repaired. They also have a very comfortable sitting area as well while you wait and just buy luck the coffee van was out the front as well and the coffee was amazing as well. Very happy customer, will definitely be back again :-)

Disappointed, as after an early morning drop off and 6 hours my car still had not been seen or diagnosed.Happy with service of the front desk though.

Had 2 cars and a boat trailer booked in for a blue slip to transfer rego from ACT to NSW. Booked in quickly. Easy location. Good parking. Can wait in their showroom on their lounges with tv. Very happy.

Steve gave us the best service and had patience while had to make a decision about a new clutch. We decided to trade the car and not get the clutch fixed. Steve gave our car a service and a few other things fixed we got a good trade in price and couldn’t of been more happier with his service.Thanks so much Steve we really appreciate what you did for us.
