Great place to stay overnight, plenty of parking for road trains and caravans. Close to the shops and on the river

Nice spot, leave upper section for trucks, section opposite toilets or close to river are were to camp. Sat morn fun run group, lots of little ants, me met spidders everywhere in loo

Great spot to pull up for the night with your van for a short break or nap. there is a public toile here but not much else. There is a walking track along the river to stretch your legs and take your best make for a walk. If you are after some more amenities there is the cross roads caravan park at the other end of town with powered sites for $35 per night.

This area was well tree covered and a necessary sleep stop after the tragedy near Marburg where I was held up by the double tragic deaths of a motorcyclist and a driver that came into the field of a B Double .The dea rate a of these virtual road trains is beginning to be alarmingly high .These drivers are trained in fatigue managment and drive these huge machines for long hours.I'm not at all blaming the truck driver - just no idea it's up to the police - but the needs to be a rethink about how we carry food and Chinese Imports across this country to save the consumer a few bucks . Lives are a lot more significant than a pocket full OF money .Those that covet money usually are a sad bunch of greedy people who have no empathy for the lives of others. There are a large group in society. Relaxing stopover under the trees if you drive through,from the west

Public toilets across the river highway and always water in the Creek. It makes a great stop being a free campground.

Pretty way lots of birdlike and baby geese awwh

Like this rest area there are plenty of places to tuck yourself away in many nice spots. Quite never heard any traffic noise.
