From the moment I called to enquire about using a Groupon voucher, the customer service was outstanding. Jocelyn was so helpful and accommodating, and when I got to the salon, I felt welcome and safe in the knowledge that my rather shabby hair was in a professional's hands.After a wash, treatment, style cut and blowdry, I walked out feeling like a superstar. My family thought I'd had a colour treatment done, but it was just Jocelyn's skill and finesse that made my hair live its glossiest best life, without any added colour!Thank you Jocelyn and Hair Effect for your excellent skills and lovely service!

This use to be a great place, since it has changed hands it is very poor. I had my hair cut by a new girl who couldn't speak english properly, didn't listen to what I wanted, and made my head like a round fluffy ball. It was the worst I've ever had. I was even letting her know while she was cutting and the manager did nothing. I had to let it grow out for ages, just so I could get it cut again today by a PROFESSIONAL"

I am sharing this review after 2 month of my keratin treatment. I have started loosing a lots of hair immediately after the treatment. After 15 days my hair started getting gray and now 50 % of my hair turned in to gray And the quality of keratin treatment didn't gave me any effect at all. That's why I thought to share is review.

I went there last weekend for hair cut and was served by a lovely lady named Jocelyn. She was friendly and talked me through the process to ensure I'm happy with the length and result. Thanks Jocelyn

Hi my first time at Hair Effects today and I found the price for my cut, colour, foils and blow dry was very reasonable… I am super happy with the colour as I was unsure what I wanted but Pav (the colour specialist) picked the perfect colour… I was rushed and felt happy when I left.. I have to say how happy I am to find a salon so close by and convenient. The owner and staff are absolutely lovey and very accomodating. I have had blowdries, curls and cuts and can’t fault anything. I am now a weekly regular. Great work and friendly service. Highly recommended ❤️
