Belmont Village Public Toilets
It’s always nerve racking as a disabled girl when you gotta find a clean facility to change yourself… for a Belmont toilet these were surprisingly clean. Biggest downside was the lock being broken on the door, thankfully I had my caregiver lookout for others so they didn’t accidentally walk in on me doing my business.

There is only 3 toilets in public toilet place ,one of them is broken most of the time, very congested, not convenient at all

These toilets are locked overnight but once opened early in the morning they're needed while shopping at Kmart!
