The most Incompetent Office I have ever had dealings with ! Usless ! Will not reply to your completion of requested FORMS then when one rings to clarify... The Secretary does her best to find an answer... No they don't do that only make the rules and don't support them other than to say talk to some other areas eg Police Then they don't understand or answer their phone to reply... LIBS NSW has to GO ! they probably want that to take their winnings !

LOCKDOWN NSW. The Premier is responsible for her irresponsible inaction in not locking down Sydney and allowing Covid to get out of control. She has to take responsibility for the spread of the virus and the deaths that have occurred as a result of her stubborn negligence.Qld and especially Victoria have demonstrated how fast lockdowns are so effective in controlling Covid. Why isn't she taking any notice and just repeating the same useless words every day. She holds the ultimate responsibility, not her medical advisors, for all decisions regarding this matter.

Close the border between NSW and Victoria.There is no reason for the border to remain open after the spike of infections in Victoria.Your inaction and delay in decision making will effect the state of NSW and all the businesses within it.Close the border. We don’t need another ruby princess saga.This time around if we have spike in infections in NSW, inevitably the legal action will follow by businesses.Please close the border with Victoria!

Abysmal service for NSW, terrible legislation and arrogance towards community concerns. If you call with an urgent matter they will not take feedback over the phone. Management due to change mid 2019 perhaps it will improve.
