I would leave no stars if I could.We bought x 2 pairs of earrings in the space of 5 months BOTH pairs snapped. The retailer literally blamed this on my 18mo who wears them, who doesn’t even know they are in her ears. Upon messaging for a replacement I was offered 40% off a new pair. Then was given 40% refund because they didn’t want to deal with me. Clearly the product these people are selling are cheap and they don’t want to take responsibility for it. Wouldn’t it be lovely for a retailer to stand by their product and if it is indeed FAULTY maybe look into who supplies them and make changes??? Not blame your customers! Absolutely disgusting!

In relation to Jennifer reviewing her own company to bring your rating up.I also have record of conversations we had about the TWO pairs of faulty earrings. You telling us they are out of warranty and are basically not your issue.Telling me that it’s how they are worn etc etc no an 18mo is wearing them an never touches her ears! As explained 3 times.Don’t throw blame onto your customers and take responsibility for your products and sort out if there may be an issue with your supplier!TWO pairs of earrings in a space of 3 months is ridiculous and the fact that you offer 40% off a new pair after asking me to buy yet another pair is scandalous! And then refunding 40% come on, maybe if you spoke better to your customers and not down to them you wouldn’t have problems.Sort your products and your attitude out.
