I am really annoyed today. Last week I bought in a trailer of items including a mattress and I got charged $42... today I bought in 1 bed frame (no mattress) and got charged $30!The staff at the pay station are just winging the prices.UPDATE:Things have improved here, the prices are more reasonable. The pricing guide that is online is easier to read too

Came here a few weeks back to drop off some cardboard. The lovely lady at the entry gate thing gave our doggos all a treat. So kind and lovely. Definitely 5 stars for this place.

Very bad experience with these guys.They charged different all the time. Staff is looking like that they are charging as their wish.I did go there my 6x4 trailer with timber waste. The timber was outside 200 mm. They were measuring with measure tape. They charged very high price. One day, I did go there 8x5 trailer. Stuff was inside 200 mm less than trailer size. Than, they did measure the trailer rather the timber.I asked that you are not charging as material size. They said, Your trailer is large. Last time, You didn’t charged as trailer size when i had 6x4. If they have explanation can you reply me.very bad experience .

Massive line to get into the tip. Staff measure the trailer length, width and depth with a tape measure to determine cost

No price labels on items. And very exaggerated prices. When you ask how much is it, they say shop prices" and they are not sure the items are working. We are very disappointed."

Great variety...generally is great but a grumpy lady gets rude when asking for price items...Why not label everything as any other place does?...any other servers are great.

Not that people normally get excited about going to the tip but so glad i drove the extra distance to go here. Where i usually go apart from being more expensive the staff seem to hate being there too rude and miserable ". Here all the way from to two ladies at the office to the guys in the shed there were all happy and very pleasant and as an extra bonus there rates are much better."
