My partner had her hair cut here today. In the beginning the lady (I think she is the boss of the store) that did the cut told my partner that her hair looked bad because it hadn’t been cut in so long. My partner asked for her hair to be cut in a layered style with a V-shape in the back. While discussing the style she had a lot of attitude towards my partner. We were told that it would cost $40 even though the price board clearly said $30. As the board was for ‘kids’ (it did not say this). After speaking rudely, she asked my partner to look at the back of the hair. It was straight. She said she couldn’t do it as a V-shape at this length as she thinks it wouldn’t look good. My partner stated again that she wanted the V-shape and the lady told her it was too short to do now. After she begrudgingly attempted to fix her mistake, she essentially shooed us out of the store without cleaning the hair from my partners shoulders and shirt. Unprofessional behaviour, and poor quality haircuts.

Booking process was easy, on the phone and via messenger.Staff were on time which is great with little ones in tow.Love the little train set at the front to entertain kids.Tiny human was given an iPad to watch while her hair was cut and they also had several movies playing on TVsCash only was a bit of an annoyance however was told by another Mum before we went so wasn’t caught out when we got there.Customer service was great as was their sanitisation before and after the cut

Took my daughter here to get a Sample trim and a fringe cut. Not only did they not listen to me but they were rude to me for the quality of the haircut. I don’t believe the price reflected it properly paid too much for a horrible haircut.

Took my 2 year old son for a haircut, and the hairdresser was so rough and rude, which resulted in him being scared and bawling his eyes out on the chair and she got angry at him for his reaction. If you can’t tolerate children, don’t have a children’s hair salon.

Friendly neighbourhood hairdresser with extremely affordable rates for mens, kids and women’s haircuts. Gets quite busy during school holidays as it’s extremely popular for kids. The owner is quite friendly and remembers regular customers which results in a very loyal customer base.No EFTPOS available, only cash accepted.

Will definitely not go back to the shop to cut my son's hair. The older boss lady was very rude and had no customer service manners at all...didn't even care to ask if we were happy with the cut. When I told her not to make it too short at the front, she didn't even pay attention.No manners and very rude with an attitude.Will never go back again.Doesn't even deserve a one star.

My son have an intense fear of clippers and most people are afraid of cutting his hair with it but this Magic Moose place was so amazingly quick they actually gave my son his first decent haircut in 2 years (his 6th haircut). I'm so impressed I will definitely only frequent them from now onwards.ALTHOUGH, there's one little thing that prevented a 5star review. That older Asian lady in the shop. She was pretty rude pointing out to me it's cash only by knocking on the sign that was pasted on the counter without saying a word. I WAS going to pay cash anyways and I don't understand what's with that attitude. And while my son was having a haircut with the clippers, he was screaming and my sister told me she commented that my son sound like someone is trying to kill him. Why does she have the need to say something so unconstructive knowing damn well some kids have a fear of having haircut?? She is the only reason 5 stars is not given.

My twin girls enjoyed the haircut. The two ladies who cut the hair were very friendly towards my kids which made my twin girls to relax and enjoy their haircut. This place only accepts cash, so make sure you carry cash. Will definitely recommend this place, if you need to get your kids hair cut.

The staff were lovely and patient with our very introverted toddler getting a first haircut! The certificate at the end was super cute too. The staff were ready to wait until our toddler was calm and got in quickly while he was distracted! The haircut is great as well, exactly what I asked for.

This was by far the worst salon I’ve been to in my life. I took my 15 month old, and she ruined his hair terribly. It was so bad that we had to give him a shaved head. She was very rough and rude to my husband who was holding onto my son. She was pushing and pulling on my son and husbands hands to suit her . She did everything within 2-5 minutes and did not bother to wipe any hair off my sons face. I am just shocked at the customer service and how this has 4.2 stars. THE LADY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT CHILDRENS HAIR nor does she have any customer service skills. The lady was just plain rude.
