What an awesome place!! Definitely stop here for a great coffee and gorgeous views!!I paid $5 to camp out back and got a free coffee in the morning. Couldn’t help but be tempted by a cinnamon doughnut too!Thank you lovelies! Great lil spot and there’s a waterfall/river walk close by so definitely worth a wonder :)

We had the pleasure of enjoying Annie's great coffee's, breads and pastries many times during our stay in Australia! They are wonderful people and love what they do! Looking forward to enjoying more of their delightful fare when we return!

Stay there overnight, it was really nice! They gave us some donuts and they were the best thing I have ever tried, coffee in the morning was also good! Thank you ☺️

Just been blown away by the Scallop pie! Very generous serving of scallops in a made-from-scratch curry sauce. Delicious! Great coffee and perfect pastries. I'm running out of adjectives to describe this much needed establishment! Will be back for more! Highly recommended.

Annie's Country Bakery
Annie's Country Bakery is a solid shop with an assortment of things to buy. Breads and pastries to cakes and coffee to eat in or take away. I've bought a few bottles of wine and the staff are always attentive to my whimsical nature and so they pander to my needs most remarkably. The little shop inside also boasts some other necessities of life that one simply forgets at times and it's convenience I can not falter for it truly is literally a hip hop and a jump from home. What a great small family run business to have locally, its wonderful to see as Modanville slowly unfolds from being unknown to known.

I found myself in the area to meet friends and was fortunate to be both early and driving past this establishment with the need for a dirty chai and a bathroom stop.The chai was really good, I ordered a mudcake and a chocolate tart and used a very clean restroom while waiting for my beverage.After my meeting with friends I took them back to Annie's for lunch before we all departed. I had a green curry pie, my friends had a steak pie and rockyroad and coffee's and we were gifted doughnuts.The food was fresh and delicious, the hot beverages were great too. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Overall it was a very good find and I will stop in again if I ever find myself in the area again.

I and my wife had cause to visit this establishment today. I understand it is relatively new. I was taken by three things: 1. the quality and range of pastries on offer. 2.The establishment was impeccably credentialed when it came to housekeeping and cleanliness. 3. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful in advising places of interest around the district to visit. The sour dough pasta dora we bought was the best ever. The dusted french vanilla slice was also delicious. We wish this family every success with the growth in their on going business. Don
