Highly recommend Alice! Alice is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She helped us with recall, safety and behavioural strategies for our two Golden Retrievers who are hyperactive and bark a lot. She was incredibly patient whilst teaching and explained everything in an easy to understand way. She really got to know us and our lifestyle and habits so that she could implement best practice that suited our needs, and we have already started to see results. Alice is so lovely and we would recommend her services to anyone and everyone! Thank you Alice :)

Alice helped me with my 6 month old dachshund who was very scared of people and gets very stressed when I leave him at home alone. Alice gave some structure to mine and Finn’s days to help him feel more comfortable and also gave us some useful exercises to help me help him build his confidence. It’s only been 24 hours and Finn’s behaviour is already improving!I highly recommend!!

Alice was great, she helped me with my reactive dachsund that had been barking and aggressive towards bigger dogs.She started our session explaining some of the ‘why’ to give context to my dog’s behaviour which I found really insightful and then explained the steps we can take to address it.She spent time demonstrating what I could do to correct the behaviour and gave me some steps to continue after.We saw almost immediate improvements - within a few days when on a walk he walked directly next to a big dog and didn’t even acknowledge it which was so great. Of course all dog training is ongoing, but I now feel much better equipped to train my dog moving forward.

Alice is fantastic and has no problems walking our reactive great dane cross. His behaviour has improved and her advice has also helped our dog in stressful situations such as the vet. Thanks Alice!

Alice’s first training session with my dog Dezik was amazing!! Alice is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand, as well as providing tips that fit in with your lifestyle to help improve the quality of training/habits/feeding etc. with your dog. At the start of our session, Dezik was terrified to even approach the stairs in our house, and at the end of our session with Alice, Dezik was already walking up to the 6th step. I’m so happy with the results we achieved and I highly recommend Alice and Cloud Nine Canine ❤️

Alice helped us during our hardest times of pet ownership with an anxious Cocker spaniel, overwhelmed owners and two very young kids, we thought we’d have to part ways with our beautiful dog, until Alice came to the rescue! She was incredibly generous with her knowledge and tricks of the trade and patient with her time, and provided us with the reassurance we needed that things could get better. Alice is an amazing communicator, which made learning from her and following her direction so easy and not overwhelming at all! It was so refreshing having Alice come in with a clear plan to target what we were wanting to achieve.
