WARNING!!! If you are seeing this review, think very carefully before giving any work to this company. We have exported from China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and India for over 20 years. This would be the worst, Freight Forwarder we have ever had the experience of working with.We moved more than 2 containers a week to them back in September 2017, payments were being made in 14-21 days from receipt of containers. Due to the conduct of the company, late in December we stop releasing any new freight to them. We actually moved that freight back to a company we with previously for 10 years. Wild promises as to service or prices are not always, what it is said it will be. Let’s just say sometimes the devil you know is better than the “Salesman” you don’t.Ultimately, whilst the company were begging like a “dog” for more freight from us, they had ulterior motives. They decided with the last 2 containers to use them as ransom to force full payment of their account. The only suggestion would be if you do give them any business, be prepared as they are probably waiting to “sting” you on the way out, should you ever decide or choose to leave them. Our last container arrived to port about 3 weeks ago; they still have not released it.

@billy G , I am sorry to see your comments. apparently you don't know nothing about international shipping. we tried to help you for your containers and they were on customs held at the time. don't you get your Duty refund ? we never wanted your work mate, I was trying to educate you to stick with your own agent all the times . your dumb agent in China passed these work to us first and they overcharged you on freight. To be honest, personally I reckon you are very rude and ignorant to the person like us tried to help you. feel free to ring me to have a discuss if you experience more customs held on your containers. or Call Australian customs to see what they tell you .

My freight bills were through the roof and the service I was getting from another 'preferred' freight company was poor to say the least. I met the team at Nautica by chance through mutual friends and I couldn't be happier. The service I received from the team at Nautica was impeccable, keeping me in the loop about the status of my shipments, whilst taking care of all the backend heads aches. My shipments arrived on time, without problems and with an even bigger surprise - a lower freight bill! 3 years of trading and we haven't look back. Highly recommend!

I have had a bad experience with them. We have couple of shipments from China, our Chinese forwarding agent asked us to work with these people. this experience went so bad, it was absolutely a nightmareThe manager from this company name: Nick Du, gave me urgent call to discuss with me that, in future i should work with him only, otherwise our containers will be held at the port, he could handle smoothly and our forwarding agent in China is making lot of profit, he can avoid this profit and i should work with them, i must work with them, slowly the conversation turned in to demanding and forcing to work with them only. i said, i will think of it, i did not promise him, which caused my three container shipment delayed very much and faced several problems with this company guys,finally i received shipment of 3 containers but lost couple of orders as clients cancelled orders due to delay in the delivery time.these are so nasty people, very similar situation happened with Sino Win Australia Pty Ltd.friends, be very sure before finalize to work with these two companies.1. Italy, China and Vietnam - all good to go!Have been dealing with the team at Nautica Global for over 6 years now. Day and night these guys are onto our work. We deal a lot with furniture comnpanies in Italy (mostly), but also China, Vietnam and USA. They have been very important in helping us navigate the difficult issues with AQIS policy changes, express service clearances as well as urgent airfreight and the like.Very happy with these guys.
