Hollywood Nails

I had a good experience at this place with another staff who is very soft spoken and doing exactly what is asked. However on my recent visit, the staff allocated is very rude. She filed my nail very much out of shape, I have asked her to correct my nail shape and she was very rude and kept mentioning wait till end and literally yelled at me, even in the end the nail was ill shaped but she didn't give a damn. Same with the pedicure she couldn't remove the dead skin fully, however on previous visit the other attendant all dead skin removed without even asking. Quality of services is very much downgrading. Staff has no hospitability and very very rude. I am certainly not going again

Ok this place is absolutely horrendous. I went here today for my birthday and left with the ugliest nails. They were crooked, uneven, and the.wrong colour. They charged me a lot extra. I am absolutely disgusted in this place.

NEVER going here again. I went today and asked if I could get my nail polished removed and she looked me up and down and said we don't have time. Too busy". There was hardly anyone in the shop and I would've been happy to come back later but she dismissed me and ignored me. Absolutely disguting customer service and will never go back there again."

The staff were not the best they were very rough and they took a very long time doing my nails and after a week they started to fall off and also kind of rude aswell! Don’t recommend this place for special occasions or anything else! And the dipping power(sns powder) isn’t very good quality! And they’re very expensive too!!

Worst SNS ever. The process was done in a very strange way and then she filed around the edge of my nail with drill file so they looked like old school stuck on fake nails and grew out after a week.

Just left, with a very sore, bleeding heel. Skin shaver was used on my heel in the same position 4-5 times, because the staff member seemed distracted and cut my heel, I moved my foot in pain and the staff member grabbed my foot back and Alcohol was placed on the cut to stop the bleeding. Before I said anything, I was told repeatedly it was my fault because I moved. Wouldn’t listen to me when I tried to inspect the cut, then kept grabbing my feet to move them into position to continue pedicure. I actually had to say do not touch me.

If I could give this place no stars I would spent two hrs at the salon for a spa pedi which she made my toe bleed the way my nails where painted was shocking the lady next to me was complaining as her acrylic nails where very thick. will never go back again,

Would definitely recommend this place. My mum and I got our nails done together and we were blown away by the exceptional service. I got SNS done and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Everyone working here is extremely patient and friendly so thank you legends, we'll be back!

Extremely rude staff. DO NOT accomodate people at LAST minute when you know you closes at 05:30 PM. First they let people come in then panics and try to do things in rush. The lady who did my nails was very rude, didn’t even bother to cut the real nail despite of being told, cuts the finger with nail drill kit because it was 05:15 PM and she accomodated 3 more people which she was trying to do in 15 minutes. The lady kept hitting on my hand instead of asking me to switch the hand when done. Despite of booking a session, had to wait there for an hour. Never ever going back again.
