Thiefs !!!This company stole over $1200 from me, changed the prices once they picked up my stuff and wouldn't release it until I paid their ransom. Said they were going to deliver my car, took my payment and refused to deliver my car. Now they don't respond to my emails and phone calls. Dodgy Thief's I would never ever recommend using them. Please the stress and headaches they have caused me and my family ily aren't worth it. Go with a reputable company. This company is a shi*tshow

Overall extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Caused extensive damage to our furniture as well as the floor of our apartment, and then just refused to even acknowledge any responsibility. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

I have experienced 9 international moves and 45 domestic/interstate moves. This company, MTL, was THE WORST I have ever used! A total nightmare. Here are just a few of the reasons:They don't itemize boxes- so you have no idea what is insideThey don't number the boxes they pack. Therefore, they could pack 250 and deliver 210 and you have no way to prove that you are missing boxes.They did not wrap some of our most delicate items. My box of glass and crystal vases were completely unwrapped and to top it off, they put a jar of my decorative rocks inside the box with the vases....everything was shattered!They put three large puncture holes in our brand new refrigerator while loading it into their van. They promised us that we would have a new fridge by the time our belongings were delivered to our new home, but they never followed through on their word. They are total liars!They caused over $5,000.00 in damages to our household items(which we proved to our insurance company and we were reimbursed for thank goodness).They caused an additional $5000.00+ in damages to the flooring in our new home. They did not move furniture in using pads so there were DEEP scratches in our floor and the entire floor needs to be refurbished. We have been forced to take action through VCAT due to them refusing to take responsibility for the damage or even engage with us.I would not wish these guys on my worst enemy. How they are in business is beyond me. I have NEVER even heard of a moving company that doesn't wrap, label or number boxes!! They are the worst of the worst.

MTL are definitely NOT Professionals in their field. We have moved several times in the past and never have we experienced such Unprofessionalism.Not only was our property delayed for its arrival not once but twice due to broken down trucks, it wasnt delivered to our storage until 7 at night and took 2hrs to unload.Upon arrival there were several damaged boxes and one very banged up expensive fridge.After taking almost 3weeks to respond to our email in regards to the damage they simply wiped their hands of it and said all possible measures were taken to protect the fridge but due to road conditions any damage caused is not covered by insurance. As far as the damaged boxes were concerned they simply blamed us for using the wrong type of boxes. Heads up if you are not going to tell people that if you don't use a certain type of box you are packing at your own risk and your belongings will not be covered................So in short they have completely wiped their hands of the situation without any apology or offer to rectify the situation.Also the original crew that collected our belongings damaged our front door and broke two pot plants

Jacqui and Rick couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Moved my furniture into storage and then to my new house when it was ready.

The crew from MTL were excellent. They notified me before they arrived.Loaded the truck with great care with in 2 hrs. Nothing was damaged or missing on arrival.Jackie and Ricky are owner operator, we have used them several times, their rates are very good and competitive. Excellent value for money.The driver carefully transported my goldfish (when others wouldn’t) and Jackie kindly looked after my fish for two days. Very impressed with their excellent services.Thank you for the great services, we will definitely be using them again and fully recommend them.

Very bad experience! They did turn up on time to the first address for pick up, then went missing for two hours! After I contacted the office to find out where they were I was told they had to go and get a bigger truck which I had requested weeks earlier. When they did finally turn up one guy smelt so bad of cigarettes one had the worst BO I have ever smelt. Rick the owner apparently had a hernia and should not have been working. If it had not been for my 3 children and my 2 sisters and myself I would have never got moved in one day. Settlement was at 2pm and I had furniture sitting on the front nature strip for hours. Rick spent most of his time sitting in the truck while my family carried boxes and heavy furniture, for which I was paying them to move. When we finally got to the new house Rick continued to sit in one of the trucks and order Uber eats while my family unpacked. An absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole!!!

If I could rate lower than one star I would. They turned up on the first day with a very small truck as there big one had broken down. It then took 3 days for full collection. While packing up the also put a hole in our wall. They then delivered 1 load but missing our kids beds. Now 7 weeks later we still do not have our belongings & they will no longer take our calls or reply to our texts. DO NO USE!!! They start out with the best customer service & the end result is tears & heartache.

They assisted us after another removalist stuffed us hours before our move.MTL arranged our interstate move within hours, they were fast & efficient, everything was treated with care and delivered on time and intact.They were extremely understanding and went out of their way to assist us.I was in hospital when organizing this move, they took the stress out of the situation.As the border was shut and I was out of action my furniture left before I did. They delivered everything to our unattended unit.I would highly recommend MTL

The crew from MTL were ace. A few hours late on their arrival time because of a backlog of work but when they got into the job, they smashed it.4 guys all working their guts out was very impressive to see.Every item was individually catalogued and recorded into the transport inventory which gave me peace of mind.Upon delivery, which I wasn't present for, my partner found the guys to be very responsive to requests and they couldn't help her enough.Well done Jacky & Rick.
