This place is great. I don't know how Kandy can say the things she did. The staff and agistees tried to give her support and advice. To be so critical when she didn't know what she was doing is ludicrous. Get an elderly malnourished horse when you have never had one before, please. Putting a rug on a horse while holding a young baby and wearing thongs. That sure is a good way for a horse to spook and go through a fence and injure its shoulder. Next time comment on something that you actually know about before telling the world. I have agisted there for 5 years and the support from the staff is great. They put the safety of horses and riders as their priority.

The online booking and prepaid facility was easy to use. Our arrival at the property had all staff acknowledging us with a smile, cheery wave or verbal greeting. There was shaded seating for us as we awaited the lesson start. Our 9 year old grandson has some difficulties generally focusing on instruction but both of the ladies - Steph and the other lady were able to engage with him and he was quite well focused for the horse familiarization, the saddling and the mounting and lead riding. We were delighted with the attitude of both the ladies and they continued with kind instructions right up to the end of unsaddling, brush down and storing equipment away. Steph is a perfect personality for handling enthusiastic yet nervous learner riders. Our grandson rated the experience highly and we were pleased with all aspects of our visit.

Dirty, unsafe health hazard!!Avoid avoidHoused our horse here and it was the worst experience! Broken fences never fixed leading to big geldings entering our paddock stealing our food and attacking us hurting my husbands knee badly!, gates are broken and rusty causing me to trip and sprain my ankle (early stages of my pregnancy). My horse needed water and non would ever come out of the tap to give her. Staff never wanted to fix anything and just unprofessional unless it comes to money they hunt you down, always demanding back pay even though we payed our bills weekly! They don’t abide by contracts you sign! Work health and safety need to inspect this mob and rspca, paddocks are always flooding and the school horses all crowded into a small paddock with no shelter. Good staff keep quitting and many of horse owners are leaving, anyone who stays there just complains all the time how bad this place is. We had to pay to fix the pathetic shelters that was there for our poor horse!! This place is cheap and nasty and a law suit waiting to happen!I’m so angry and disappointed this mob ruined our experience here!! Your not conning anymore money out of us so you can build more sheds to store your junk in! BE AWARE!

I’ve been so happy with my lessons here at BIRSC! It’s hard trying to find the right place and fit as a beginner but every lesson I’ve had has been fantastic. I love that I get to groom and tack up my horse with each lesson and they really listen to your goals and questions you have. I’ve learnt so much already and my confidence has really grown so much as a beginner adult rider.Abby is the best instructor and show such great care and attention to her students and always delivers great lessons!Coming here is the highlight of my week. Beautiful property and horses and great instructors!

Incredible is an understatement. I took my 77 year old grandfather to ride a horse one last time at the saddle club with instructor Jake, and it was an incredible experience. Jake was incredibly accomodating, patient and understanding. My whole family cannot thank you guys enough

Very friendly staff and owner. Individual sessions or groups to suit each child’s needs. NDIS friendly. Multiple trainers who all have a love of horses. Parents are allowed to watch each lesson or just chill on the seating. Lots of different sized horses, including cute little ponies. Bring along carrots or apples to feed your favourite horses.

Unsafe and dirty, quick to take your money but won’t give a return when they’ve taken too much of it. Staff are lazy and rude and people who keep their horses here hate it but have no choice to stay.

Replying to a post earlier from Kandi....I have to ask ..Did you check this place out before you decided to put you horse here. (Like ANY responsible person would), and IF you did and it's as bad as you say...WHY WOULD YOU STILL PUT YOUR HORSE THERE.I have been to this property quite a few times as my friend has her horse there.The place may need a little fixing up but I have NEVER seen it as you describe.Staff always friendly..very busy but always helpful when you ask nicelyGreat place for riding lessons for young or old.SAFETY is always at the forefront and they will enforce all the rules to maintain it

I attend as a support worker, with my client.Jake is an awesome instructor who is really knowledgeable. He is friendly and confident. Highly recommend his riding lessons.

beware that the 15 min ride starts from when you arrive at the place, not when your child gets on the horse.& the lady that does the pony rides spends the first 10 minutes slowly getting the horse ready while chatting to staff. She doesn’t communicate with the kids whatsoever.If the 15 min starts from when you arrive, then maybe they should have the horse prepped ready to go.when I raised my concerns that we only got a 5 min ride, she told us she had another person to take for a ride & now didn’t have the time.We definitely won’t be returning.
