Recruitment process took months. HR made no contact with unsuccessful outcome, even though it was narrowed down to several of us. Appalling like their products & service. No surprises!

Poor experience on their online shopping platform . I ordered my item and was checked there were stock 25 QTY available for click and collect . Their system kept cancelling my order and refund twice due to insufficient stock but it is not the truth .The store manager ask me to contact the online customer service . And the customer service said they have no idea . They were totally not professional .My order didn’t went through and I have to pop up the store in the very early morning to complete my original purchase .

An absolute nightmare to deal with.Items were ordered online with delivery selected due to me being in Covid isolation.Courier has lost the package, and K-Mart cannot re-issue the items. Best I was offered was a refund and told to re-order. The refund can take 10 business days to go through, and re-ordering would use the same carrier again. No option for a re-issue with a different carrier, no option for them to use the money they already took from me to place a re-order...Shocking customer service on the phone, and generally a very poor experience.Next time I will use a competitor who offers better service.While I wait I cannot work from home as items in the delivery are required for me to do so.What a joke!!!

Ordered a few bags of cat litter, paid delivery fee, because I want them to be delivered to my house, again apparently, cause they are heavy. They got sent to the local post office, which is sitting next to a Kmart store. If you are a similar type of customer like me, wanting to buy heavy staff and hoping to get delivered, don’t go their online store, jokeAnd customer service answered me it’s up to the courier to decide if they can safe drop, lol, I don’t think anyone is using your customer service as a google or Siri or Wikipedia. I need you to give me a solution, not EXPLAIN to me an obvious thing! Take my money, not going back to you, most of your cheap stuff, I don’t need them anyway.

If you use Kmart for online shopping, pray to anything you hold sacred that they don't make a mistake with your order. The incompetence and lack of accountability in addressing the mistake from the Kmart Customer Service team is absolutely astounding. It is now 5 weeks after I ordered and am still without our sofa and increasingly looking like it won't be delivered before Christmas (another 3 weeks away). Our household won't be ordering through them again and running the risk of having to deal with Kmart Customer Service" to remedy a problem."

Rang head office regarding where products are sourced from. The incompetence of the person taking my concern was obvious as he was telling me that the clothing was made in Bangladesh. The items l looked at were made in China. I choose to purchase products that are supposedly made in countries that are prepared to look after their workers better in sweat shop. Was not transferred to someone with more understanding. Now have to wait for a call back from the team leader.

Shameful behaviour not selling Australia Day merch. Take your multinational store out of Australia if you don't like our nation.

Ordered online to get 2 things delivered said it was coming on Wednesday I arrive home to only 1 item I check the order status and it said fully shipped so I called the Kmart Customer Service and spoke to a Maria who was rude and interruptive for her to tell me it is only partially delivered but in the order status it has fully shipped if they were both fully shipped I should of received them both at the same time Kmart this is appalling how you treat your consumers poor form from the Company and especially Maria one of you consumer contact maybe som retaining and some more communication to your customers on if it’s a partial delivery or full delivery
