Early in 2014 I had a lower back microdiscectomy and both before and after surgery have seen many, many different physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and rehabilitation specialists. By far the best therapist I have seen is Darcy Greenland at RPM. His treatment and advice have consistently resulted in significant improvements to my mobility and reduced pain and he has provided me with the knowledge and tools to continue to build strength in my lower back, prevent pain and manage my own discomfort when it occurs. I was actually feeling like I knew all there was to know about my back, the discs and the muscle symptoms I was experiencing, however Darcy has taught me much more. I highly recommend Darcy.

I have seen Darcy on and off at Warragul for some time now. I have always found him to be very professional, knowledgeable but mostly real in his expectations of his treatments. He has worked on back pain, shoulder pain, nerve pain and tendinitis or over use pain with great success.
