Ballajura Medical Centre

I wish I had read the reviews on here before booking to see Dr. Kenworthy!!! I went in for a simple pap smear and it was most excruciating experience that I have had for a procedure that should be simple and straight forward. I am in my 40s, I have had a few pap smears. Dr. Kenworthy has no business doing pap smears. Instead of collecting the sample from between my legs, she collected it by standing over me from the side. She hurt me with her hands trying to insert the instrument. When I told her that what she was doing hurt, she dismissed me. I had to clamp my legs shut to stop her from proceeding until she changed what she was doing. With the review on here so far, perhaps it's time for the Medical Board to intervene. A pap smear shouldn't leave me in excruciating pain. I am never going back to Dr. Kenworthy or the Ballajura Medical Centre.

I would never go and see Dr KENWORTHY, PRELUDE if she was the last doctor on earth. She was very rude and only talked about herself. I ended up in hospital twice because of her incompetence in failing to give me the results and her act on them. Instead she told me i was vain and that my time was up for my consult. This is when she was at Wangara Medical.I have never been to Ballajura medical centre

Attended BMC on a weekend with a family member who sustained a deep laceration requiring stitches. We were promptly attended to by Dr Nigel Chikolwa whose professionalism and bedside manner was second to none. He put us at ease whilst doing wonderful work stitching up the wound and prescribing antibiotics. Sincere thanks to BMC and Dr Nigel

Had a appointment over phone due to covid restrictions and having flu like symptoms. Was emailed a script and went to use it at pharmacy only to find out the doctors haven't followed correct protocol and I wasn't able to collect. $70 for a 2 minute call and not being able to provide a professional service. Hardly worthy of 1 star

We needed a last minute appointment for my toddler who got very unwell on a Sunday morning (Father’s day). This was the only place I could get an appointment at within the hour. The lady at reception was absolutely lovely. Yes there was a bit of a wait, but I was more appreciative of the fact that we could get in somewhere on a Sunday at such short notice. We saw dr Chibiliti and he was so good with our little boy and incredibly thorough. They made a very stressful morning so much better and I’m glad we didn’t have to go to PCH.

Really rude/poor communication from staff. I was ready to crying after their rude conversation. it was my toddler appointment (only available place) so she need to be checked by nurse and Doctor .doctor and nurse both really nice and kind.First time coming here , I will never come here again because of the receptions.

Only went as I was unable to get in anywhere else at short notice after being sick for a week with no signs of getting better. Very poor and unprofessional care given by Dr Kenworthy during my visit- very dismissive, did not complete a proper assessment (including not using proper equipment and just not checking something I mentioned as an issue), and blamed me for how I was experiencing my symptoms instead of offering options. Would rather have stayed home- definitely not worth attending this practice

Doctors are amazing the main receptionist can be quite rude & I found that she made rude gestures about people's bills not being paid she could pull them to the side and do it in a discreet way not for everyone to hear my husband and I experienced it first hand although we kept telling her that my husband's employer was paying the medical bills I will never go back to this medical centre again

Was able to make an appointment same day as calling, found Dr Nigel very good, and after blood tests had a consult the next day to discuss.Best service from a doctor many years.

Terrible service and the lady doctor is rude as. Wouldn’t even allow me to get my medical records sent through as I explained that I have been at the surgery numerous times and the problems I was having with my regular doctor. I wouldn’t recommend this surgery at all. I have never been treated so rudely and I wasn’t rude or anything to her. She wouldn’t listen to my situation at all. Never would go back and wouldn’t send or recommend them either.
