Jen and Thea are just so talented, warm and caring and will be realistic in what will work for you. I've been going to Jen for a few years now and have definitely become great friends not just hairdresser and client!I would definitely recommend JLM to anyone! My appointment with Jen was wonderful, she is warm, conversational and listened to what I wanted. It was easy to work out what to do about my straggly ends, and she gave me a lovely style suiting my profession and age, and gave me advice about product use! Would recommend.

My daughter surprised me and took me there for Xmas, we talked about my hair and a care plan. All natural products that would help restore my hair as I'm 56 and my hair is thinning, splitting and looks unhealthy. No more buying chemical stuff.JLM staff are so different than other salons, best in Toowoomba

This place is a hidden gem! Had a magical experience at JLM with the owner, Jen, today. Booked over the phone and went in, very excited for a change. When I arrived, it was all smiles from the staff. The decor is absolutely gorgeous and really does bring a Byron vibe" to Toowoomba.I've been to many hairdressers

I am not one to leave a google review but I had JLM to do my Bridal hair for myself and my bridesmaids. While outcomes were not necessarily bad, they were just not want we wanted and we felt unheard in regards to our vision.I had booked a trial but the salon was extremely busy and it I was told I didn’t need a trial after showing some ‘inspo pics’ and that she got my vision. Anyway I guess I should’ve insisted on having the trial.On the wedding day, it felt extremely rushed even though we had plenty of time and they were discussing their next appointments that they had.
