Billy & Vince

Had a wash, cut and blow dry. When arrived for my booking was told may have to wait 15-30mins as the hairdresser was wrapping up another client. Understandable, but then they rushed me into the seat as they had the other customer wait instead; the hairdresser seemed to be put off by this.When it came to the consult I asked for some shape to be cut into my hair as it was flat. Was indicated on dry hair where the length would be cut for hair just skimming the shoulders. After the wash was indicated again the same length for the cut but neither I nor the hairdresser picked up that with wet hair the cut should be adjusted for the weight of wet hair. I ended up with chin length hair and no shape cut in. Fortunately hair growsOverall an uncomfortable, rushed and disappointing experience

My daughter and I both went at the same time. The staff were attentive and tried their best, but both haircuts were okay, but not particularly good. Mine was much shorter than I wanted. Come armed with the exact picture. Never mind, it will grow.

Amy did my blow dry and haircut and it is beautiful. I highly recommend Amy she is amazing !!! And I am planning to book her in for hair colour . And all the staff members have excellent customer service.

Average if you're looking for a good hair pampering. Staffs were okay, nice enough but not friendly/welcoming, at least to me anyway. Haircut is decent though - I think they specialised in hair colouring.

Door half closed all day and both girls just leaning on the back bench talking and ignoring everyone I spent an hour trying to find a hairdresser yesterday going back and forth when half in the store and still wasn't spoken to.

Nabina is very good she always do the best and suggest the best for everyone i highly recommend billy and vince ❤️
