Pharmacist Advice Para Hills

As a pain sufferer, I feel like I am being treated like a criminal if I ask for a packet of panadeine (yet your happy to hand out Methadone to the done heads), or if I have a screaming headache asking for promethazine hydrocloride (which helps my migraines) is just a hassle because they don't believe an antihistamine can get rid of headaches, your NOT my Doctor, your a pharmacist, if you cannot get over the fact that you could not be a doctor, that's NOT my problem. Don't push that onto your customers. They will take your name, address and ask for photo ID for an anti histamine? Please, make your customers feel more welcome.

Have good range of products.

Went in to do a price match and they wouldn't do it, why advertise it if you're not going to honour it. Last time they price matched the same product for me and this time they won't,depends who's on shift I guess.? This place seriously needs to decide whether or not they are going to price match, not do it when they feel like it. If you're not going to price match then don't advertise it, simple as that. This will definitely be the last time I'm coming to this pharmacy.

I have been to this pharmacy a lot lately for various reasons. But I just wanted to say the staff are really fantastic. The pharmacy assistants always give good advice and are very helpful. They always mention the most affordable option and offer personal experience if they have used a product. The pharmacist is brilliant, I have asked his advice on a lot of various ailments, both for my husband and myself, and he always has time, is kind and professional, leaving me feeling like I can make an informed decision about the treatments and medications available. He will always tell me all the options in a succinct manner, answers my questions honestly and advises if I should see a doctor about the matter. I will often go there to all advice before I book an appointment with the doctor, and more often than not, I can just get what I need at this pharmacy. Thank you for providing such good customer service! I truly appreciate it.

Ok pharmacy with lots of stock, however the script filling is very slow >30mins most times when other places near by (2-3min drive) can have it done in less then 5mins.

went in to ask about pfizer jabs , NOBODY KNEW WHERE I COULD GO , NO HELP AT ALL , infact they were DISMISIVE, SNOBBY,RUDE ....

This is the most disgusting,unprofessional chemist i think that i have ever delt with. Whoever runs this establishment should be ashamed of there employees and the sevice they provide, i have left this chemist feeling violated disrespected and ashamed on how they treat there customers dont even desreve 1 star

The staff here are amazing so much so that I'm now a regular despite having other pharmacies closer to me. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and always make sure you get what you need.

Really pleasant staff and the pharmacist is unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable.
