ALS Automedia's customer service is excellent! I had my security code for my car radio in a much less time & at a fraction of the cost offered by the dealer service centre.I could not fault ALS Automedia's service in any aspect.

Two replacement screens later, still no operating unit. I have ended up re using my screen as it at least works to some extent. Regarding the below comment by ASL, the existing screen fitted in my vehicle is a mkii screen which worked fine until it went dim ( well over 12 months of operation) they don’t advertise that their screen won’t suit a retrofitted mkii unit in a mki even though the oem Ford screen does. Nice form to yell at a customer over the phone too. I was pressured to remove this review, I actually logged in to remove it however saw the misleading info below. If you have a retrofitted mkii unit in a mki their product will not work and is not fit for purpose. I was also given completely different stories by 4 different staff members over the course of 3 weeks.

Hi, they have provided really excellent, comunication, great repairs, follow up to see if it was posted back after repair.The Car sterio system works better than it ever did -since new from Hyundai.. I would highly recomend them if you have problem with your Car Radio system... you should email them first.. I am in S.A. and they were also cheaper than any repair quotes in Adelaide by over $120-00 ??Ivan

WOW. The service from ASL is outstanding. Part and instructions worked perfectly. I had specified my ford didn't have reverse sensors by mistake and while talking to them they said No worries

We bought ourself a Ford Escape to travel in Australia. Just an old one, but in good condition. We started the car, the radio did not work - it needed a code. Of course it was the one with the Panasonic radio. After calls with the Ford dealer and Ford Australia (they sended us to ASL Automedia!!) we filled in the form on the website and made the payment. We did it with Paypall because you can only choose a residence in Australia and that will not work with a Visa Creditcard from the Netherlands. I waited just 12 hours and we got our code! Perfect!!!! We are very satisfied!!

Ashley has done a tremendous job in providing me with a super quick response and solution for my car radios. Never asked for a dime! WHERE DO YOU GET SERVICE LIKE THAT??I have a Ford Escape 2010, fairly old, the radio just stopped working and Ford couldn't assist.After contacting ASL, i spoke to Jeanette, who was so accommodating, apparently i had to remove the radio to retrieve the serial # and there was no way i could, so she advised me to bring in my car and it will be rectified, FREE OF CHARGE!I took it in the next day, and Ashley, sorted it all out with a smile and not one cent was requested!Honestly, this type of service has gone out of fashion.Thank you.God bless you guys and may your business flourish as you guys deserve.
