Starting looking for a quality massage chair mid last year and visited the store twice. Great service, not pushy and really friendly service. Purchased a top of the range chair to be delivered for Christmas. Great family surprise and it has be a fantastic purchase and worth the money.

Me and my brother ordered my grandfather a massage chair, the service was amazing and the chair was delivered the next day. After everything was set up the lovely man who delivered it took all the boxes away as my grandfather was too old to do it himself. He also taught him how to use it properly. Overall the best experience with this company and all the staff. Would 1000% recommend to others.

I did a lot of research before making my decision to purchase a Feel Good Massage chair. There are a lot of competitors, what I purchased was probably not the cheapest. But what gave me a heap of confidence was the 5 year warranty but more importantly Alex. It was great to get a friendly voice who was most helpful and then he came to our house and installed the chair at no charge... a face!! I have a phone number, a name and a face which many of the competitors don't offer. For the future this is priceless, not that I expect to have to ring Alex again..

Saturday morning had a lovely chat with Rebecca over the phone, extremely helpful. That same afternoon we visited the showroom on Port Rd Hindmarsh, warmly greeted by Jenny, showing us the full range of chairs and helping us test them out. We couldn’t have asked for better service, Jenny is very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. We decided that the ‘Serenity’ chair was the one for us. After paying we were sent around to the warehouse , a mere 2 minute drive away, where Mason loaded our chair onto our trailer, again, another helpful friendly team member. We drove back to Strathalbyn where we live, set up the chair and within 5 minutes I was enjoying our new addition. Couldn’t believe we had the same day we called.A week has passed, and I can honestly say that this is my daily highlight. If you’re like us, and we’re seriously considering getting an outdoor spa bath (which is huge high maintenance and costly), look no further, go and see the team at feel good massage chairs.
