It took 2 weeks for the pleasure of this extremely rude and incompetent man to finally show up and tell us we are wasting his time. Then came a raft of abusing text messages. I would not recommend this company at all.

We had a need to have our roof antenna relocated (due to a solar panel install) and Alan was able to accommodate our request at very short notice. He was very obliging and completed the antenna relocation smoothly and at a very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Alan for those that require ‘old school’ professional service.

Hunter Valley Antenna Service
I had this company install a new antenna and 4 aerial sockets today. Two of the sockets are OK one was installed in the wrong place and the other has wires running all over the wall and holes drilled into the skirting boards and gyprock . Very little care taken in regards to aesthetics and all the mess was left for us to clean up. Would not recommend to anyone.

very rude, unprofessional business owner who needs to have a good look at himself. didn't listen to our needs for a quote went ahead with what he wanted to do and got upset when challenged about this.

I have had Alan look at my antenna and TV on two occasions now .. he is very thorough, prompt to reply, clearly knows what he is doing and leaves you with crystal clear TV .. he is very friendly and excellent at explaining what he is doing. I would recommend Alan and Hunter Valley Antenna Service without hesitation

He was rude and wore muddy boot on carpet.Would not do the job I asked him to do.Didn’t complete work.Said it was a waste of his time.
