Peak Property
After being around the property industry for many years I know the demands of balancing tenants, body corps, other property managers and owners. And I have to say Peak Property know there stuff! John has obviously been in the industry for most of his career as everything seemed easy, he took the time to explain, has always been friendly and quick to reply. I’ve only ever had one other great service like this renting in Brisbane. It’s nice to know there’s decent property managers out there. Thanks John.

We had many issues with my previous property management firm with one of our properties, including the property remaining vacant for over 2 months - handed over to John from Peak and he had the property let within 5 days and the new tenants in within the fortnight!Peak property now look after all of my rental properties and treat them like they own them.I can highly recommend Peak Property to any potential landlord! Outstanding customer service a deep knowledge of property investment is what is required from a property management business today. John and his team have that.

Nice to finally find someone who is professional and genuine within the real estate industry. John went above and beyond to help my partner and I find a new rental property on short notice and keep us both updated along the way with the many different options that he found to suit our needs. I dealt with John while trying to find a rental - he was 10/10, amazing to deal with and had great communication skills as well as remembering what I was needing. He was VERY professional through and through. I am actually sad that I was approved for a rental with another company - I would have loved to be a tenant here. All the best and would always recommend :)
