These guys are thieves. I took my car here for a road worthy and was told that it needed over $2500 worth of maintenance to pass. I was suspicious of this considering the cars general condition, age and mileage. So I took the car to TWO separate mechanics, both of which disregarded all ‘required’ repairs and I received my roadworthy without spending a dollar. Nice people, but clearly dishonest.

Great friendly service, very helpful and trustworthy.Awesome photo collection of the garage history to view inside, fond memories of Mrs P who greeted you and filled up your car regardless of the weather conditions.Coffee pretty good too whilst my tyres getting attention.

On Monday of this week, driving a rented campervan, I unfortunately became stuck in the mud on the side of Merrifield Street, trying to avoid a gathering of geese! I was upset, and feeling very vulnerable when I entered the service centre in tears! Two of the employees, were so helpful in coming to my aid, and towed me out! I was so grateful and relieved and this was all done for nothing! I am so grateful and thankful to these two people, there ARE still decent individuals in this world for sure! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I was in Riddells Creek conducting coverage testing for the new NBN tower at the footy oval. I managed to flatten my battery and Poultons Garage got me going again, can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road so quickly. Awsome work guys.

Great friendly, knowledgeable staff! Took a JDM import Nissan for a roadworthy, was done in a few hours and ws very well priced. Highly recommended and I will be taking my other cars there in the future.

Severely lacking in the art of communication.I took car (old Holden) for rwc and received a list of known defects. I collected the car and performed all the repairs as required.I took car back for 2nd inspection and where the issue was transmission mount soaked in oil"
