Advertise a house for sale but refuse to give inspection time and no one in their office answering the phone,weird way to run a business.

If i could give 0 stars i would.This place is by far the worst Real Estate agency.I would strongly not recommend you use them unless you are asian like them.Upon moving in the water was running brown, the kitchen sink was fully blocked, the kitchen was full of grime, bathroom taps where leaking and not fixed until weeks after we moved in even when they were fixed there was terrible dirty looking black marks on the bathroom basin that couldn’t be removed. Asking them to fix anything was useless. Upon moving out, house was cleaned but they made sure they added up all these extra costs to the total of my bond so that i wouldn’t get it back. In that full bond lost i was sent an invoice and Apparently it costs $620 to clean spider webs off the celling. They are the worst and they do not care about you if you are not one of them.

It is a real estate where I could get the best advice through professional and friendly employees on real estate investment. Thanks Jay!!

It’s really disappointing. I did inspection for the apartment last week and send application that day. I send message to ask about how it’s going. Firstly, I’m trying to get touch with the agent who is responsible for renting but no reply. Then I touched with the agent who is responsible for selling this property. She told me someone would like to rent urgently before and said the price. But I realized my offer is much higher than that one. And I don’t know why this happens. She says she will ask about it and reply to me soon. I was waiting for it but It seems like they didn’t review our application. So I just send another 2 messages to ask about this situation and wait for reply. But she’s really impatient and said will block me if I kept trying to sending her message, saying I’m harassing her. It’s really rude! I didn’t do that and just want some reply for it because it’s unfair. Then, the guy who is responsible for renting tell us they already approved just before our inspection. I think it’s really unprofessional to do like this. If you take deposit, why it still has open inspection. It wastes my time! For landlord, it’s not good as well because they didn’t maximize your profit.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: they replied to me after 4 months declaring I'm defaming the company. I already send the evidence to them waiting for reply. Really frustrating!

Went to rental inspection on weekend there where so many people but rental person did their best to show everyone nice to see people that care and not just a number like some

Moved in and noticed a leak on the balcony…. Nothing was done and now that we have moved out the want to take money out of our bond to clean it …Moved out more than 3 weeks ago… have today done the final inspection and claim that we did not clean the skirting properly or cupboards… I took photos as I cleaned them..When we had the heavy rain in last year the ceiling leaked on both bathrooms.. the attempt to fix this was a failure.All of a sudden when we give notice to leave they get a trades person in to tear out the ceiling in the main bathroom to fix it … in which we could not finish the final clean as the bathroom was covered in dust and gyprock from the ceiling…. Now want to take money out of the bond for cleaning that room when we did not has access too…I drive a fairly new car which has no leaks and yet blaming me for a oil spill in the car park…Get 1 email stating 1 thing then another from someone else stating another thing..Worst possible real estate that I have ever had to deal with ..Wouldn’t record them even if I was homeless..
