The team at NLR is top notch- the best customer service I have experienced in Australia!!From the initial phone calls to the delivery of the air scrubber I hired- everyone was so professional, solution focused , and pleasant!!I needed to hire an air scrubber 2 days before Christmas and wanted to pick up on Christmas Eve. I knew it was a long shot but it was the only time my husband and I had off work to finish a project. Thanks to Cassandra ( at NLR) and her creative thinking it all happened. I met one of the NLR team members ( I did not get his name - sorry), on Christmas Eve morning- he still had a long day ahead of him but was still so polite and professional!!!The air scrubber was in excellent condition and worked perfectly for the job.Thanks all!!

We had water from a big storm get into two of our offices at the college. The service we received was amazing from the first phone call to the follow up after completion was fantastic. Their staff are very professional and thorough. The communicated extremely well the process and even walked through what each item of equipment did. I highly recommend and will continue to use New Life in the future.

Fantastic team effort by Michael, Dale, Dean and the other team members who came to our assistance to dry carpets, remove timber flooring and walls to ensure our home was safe to live in after water damage. The team responded extremely quickly to my need especially when claims central were not going to send someone out for days. They met my needs and expectations on every count.
