I don't post many reviews, unless I get exceptional service, or very poor service. In the case of RugWash, service exceptional from the email sent with all necessary info (even though I did not read through and bothered them with a question that was included in the email - I hate when people do that!), through to the rug collection/drop-off, through to communicating any (valid) concerns they had with my rug and how they could remedy them, through to receiving my rugs which are basically new! I could not be more pleased. What a FANTASTIC service. They could not have done anything better, from my perspective.

I have used RugWash to clean one of our area rugs a couple of times over the last few years and they are always amazing to deal with. Very copmpetitive pricing and the most helpful staff. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone needing these services. The fact that they will pick up and deliver to us in West End is just wonderful. Thanks so much team for being fabulous!

Seriously the best in service and quality. They're not the cheapest but that's because they take the rug offsite to treat it properly, it's worth every cent. Don't trust your rug with anyone else eg. a carpet cleaner. My 100% wool rug was dirty and had a challenging yellow stain and these guys made it look better than new! They called me each step of the way to organise pickup, explain the process and how much the stain would cost to remove, they were clear in how long it would be before I got the rug back and delivered it to my living room in the end. They have good old fashioned customer service and are excellent at what they do. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future! Highly recommend.

This is the first time I've engaged RugWash and the results were amazing. A decade old rug looks brand new! Stephen's team was punctual re pick up and drop off and their pricing in my opinion was very reasonable compared to other quotes I obtained. Job well done!

Easily the best rug cleaning service in Brisbane. Pick up and drop off was enough, but the quality of clean and customer service was exceptional. Best value for money service. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We have used RugWash several times over the last few years. They always do a fantastic job. We just had our living room rug returned after cleaning and it looks brand new- I didn't think it was possible. We have 2x dogs and 2x little kids so the rug gets some heavy soiling- apparently RugWash can tackle anything! To top it off, they pick the rugs up and deliver them back to you so there is no hassle trying to fit a large rug in your car. Thanks guys.

I absolutely love getting my rug cleaned by RugWash! My rug is in a high traffic area however they always seem to get the dirt and stains out! It always comes up beautiful and clean! So thank you RugWash, I will forever go back to you guys!

After using Rug Wash it is like we have a brand new rug. We bought a beautiful wool rug from Agra, India when we visited and it was looking a little tired. Rug Wash picked it up from our home and returned it, after cleaning, in absolutely perfect condition. It has simply never looked better. I hadn't realized how much it needed a professional clean until we received it back. I would highly recommend Stephen and the team at Rug Wash, they communicated at each step of the process and were completely professional. A great outcome, thanks.
