The dentist that replaced Dr Bothma at this practice gave me a truly awful experience. Dr Bothma was kind, gentle and holistic, but this lady was a bully.During cleaning, when I was visibly distressed and asked her to stop, she pinned my shoulder down with one hand, and forcibly spoke close to my ear that we must continue. And she did - while I had tears in my eyes. It was an awful, traumatic experience.I’ve been to many dentists in Orange who don’t put patient safety first. Their attention to detail is no where near the level Dr Bothma provided. Their fillings leak after a few years and it makes dental hygiene very challenging to keep control of.I now travel 2 hours to the mountains to a holistic dentist who puts my comfort, well-being and safety first, and has excellent attention to detail all my dental work.
