Very friendly staff and they did a great job with my haircut, just asked for a little trim and she went above and beyond with face shaping and thinning. I love how it turned out!

I came to Ladies Lair with a horrible dye job from another salon. Sunny was so helpful and kind, she fixed my hair and explained the process to me and answered all the questions I had. I recently went back to have my hair washed and cut and had a great experience with two other employees (sorry I forgot their names) - both very kind, informative and talented! this will be my go to hairdresser from now on!the salon is clean and tidy and prices are reasonable. the team is happy to provide information about products and treatments without pushing you to purchase them!

I'm always able to achieve the hair colour I want because of Sunny! She never once have failed me and somehow knows what colour works well.The staff are so lovely and welcoming, always enjoy my visit.Love the snack trays they give too!I will always come back to get my hair coloured/cut!

Really enjoyed my experience here! I started at 9:30am and ended at 5:30pm, bleached twice and dyed purple. All the staff were really lovely and provided snacks and drinks throughout the long session. Will be coming back for a touch-up for sure! :D

I have been coming here for the past 2 years. It’s been hard to find a good hair dresser but Ladies Lair is amazing. Lovely salon, always clean and staff are very friendly.

I had this image of what I wanted my hair to look like. I showed the stylist a couple of pictures for reference, and she was able to replicate that perfectly. The hair length is perfect and the bangs looks amazing!

My sister and I saw this shop while we were window shopping at Burwood Brickworks. We made an appointment via telephone, and it was a breeze!My sister and I were quite clueless on what we want for our hair, but Sunny helped us out and explained what will be the best for our hair.Our hair turned out so amazing! Ellie and Sunny are both fantastic! They are both very skillful. Throughout the process, I feel taken cared of. I was in awe because there's just the two of them, but they were able to accommodate all their customers.The place is also relaxing and clean! Will surely comeback even if we have to travel far ❤

Such a nice salon. The staff were so friendly to customers and each other. Sunny is very experienced and was very attentive. I only went in for a cut, but a lot of people were getting colour done here and they all looked fabulous!

I have been getting my hair cut and coloured at Ladies Lair for the last 3 years and I absolutely love the experience here. Sunny is friendly and professional. She advises me on the colour and treatments I need and I feel very comfortable to take her advice because my hair always looks great afterwards. They are also very accommodating and willing to negotiate an affordable price for me which is extremely helpful. Highly recommend their services to anyone.
