Taking Shape
So annoying. I have been trying for 11 months to use a store credit but the Canberra shop never has anything in my size, and won’t get stock in without treating it as an online order (and I can’t use my credit for that). It is ridiculous that you can only get a store credit for an online purchase return and then that it can only be used in the shop you returned the item to. If I had known that I would have returned the item to a shop in Sydney (where there is likely to be more sizes available).

Lynne was so helpful. I feel unattractive and lumpy as I'm overweight and nothing from regular stores fits at all. Taking Shape has lovely clothes and helpful advice. It's the first time I've worn a 'small. Lynne showed me items and features and wasn't judgemental or pushy. She"

Had a fashion parade on today. The staff knew their product and where to find items. The were able to handle the crowd and what we wanted. Discount on tops dresses and tunics. Fantastic!!!
