Jess was absolutely wonderful. She is a very experienced and attentive hairdresser who really listens to what you want and takes the time to talk you through your options. Honestly one of the best cuts I have ever had. My hair was so smooth and shiny afterwards. Love!!!!!

Jess has been looking after my hair cuts since 2016 and I continue to see her because of her professionalism, expertise, care, precision, and the fact that she is such a lovely human being!I change my hair style often and love to experiment. Jess knows which styles and cuts are manageable and look good with my hair texture and colour, as well as my face shape and features. She gives excellent advice, and does exactly what she has described to me in the consultation.I highly recommend Jess. She deserves the recognition!

Great spot that feels like stepping into a Frankie Magazine. Jess is so spot on with listening to you and what you need. She's the kind of hairdresser that not only has great skills, but also great instinct, care, and understands the responsibility of haircutting. Really recommend going. It was my first time and I felt a great sense of ease. Looking forward to my return visit already! Nothing like a great haircut to put a spring in your step.

Jess is an absolute joy and getting my hair cut with her was a fabulous experience. After experiencing hair loss and breakage due to health issues for the past year, Jess took the time to thoroughly assess my hair and hair quality and talk through the best options and styles to get it back on track. She was really knowledgeable and reassuring. I adore my new short cut and can’t wait to go back.

Loved my experience with Jess. I don’t love getting my haircut - I find it boring and I feel like they usually blowdry it like I’m a doll - but Jess was epic. We had a few lols and a yarn and I walked out with my hair feeling WAY healthier and natural. Thanks Jess! I’ll be back.
