A really lovely vet practice with supportive and friendly staff who care about your dogs. To be blunt, prices aren't the cheapest in the area, but the level of care is incredible. I trust the staff here with my pets, and I know they'll care for them and give me good advice.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Treat animals with care. Wouldn't use any other vet.

We took 13 puppies to be wormed, vaccinated and microchipped and they handled it really well and were very friendly.

This place is very suspicious.....the day before my dogs operation, the fee suddenly jumped up to an extra $500 and they couldn't give me a reason why it was that much. They couldn't find my quote and had a new more expensive one. Never going back there, they are a rip off!

Brought my grandmothers very skittish cat today to see Dr Isabella and she was absolutely amazing. It blew my mind as well when Dr Isabella realised my grandmother doesn’t speak English and began to converse with her in french and it has honestly made my grandmothers day because it’s so rare to find people here who can communicate with her.Every time I’ve brought my pets here for help everyone has gone above and beyond and I am legit beyond words at how amazing this clinic is. Even with my hellcat Couma who is a vicious house panther who tries to summon death on anyone who isn’t me they are so patient and loving with him.Thank you so much guys honestly for everything you do it is appreciated beyond words and I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Booked an appointment the day before over the phone, when I arrived the following morning at the specified appointment time was told there was no appointment booked in the system and I would just have to rebook. Hire some competent staff.

I had to put down my friends cat due to bladder amd kidney issues. The team of vets amd nurses at Booval and Karalee have been so helpful. They called twice to 3 times a day to give me more information. We did recieve a few pictures from the team which was really appreciated. I really did feel like Marvin was taken care of. I really want to thank the vet Isabella, who really did her best. Thank you for your kind words and sweet reassuring voice. Even after our loss, thank you for the card and the kind words. Marvin will never be forgotten.

Friendly staff. Great service. Diffantly recommend vets. Even got a call to see how my pet was doing the next day.
