Had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely young gentleman called Elliot, who made my shopping experience absolutely fantastic, would definitely recommend dealing with this young man when ever you shop at Gant in chadstone.

Delightful sales person who had all the time in the world to make sure the client was happy. Her bosses should take note who was in Chadstone store Thursday morning 29/08/19. She made your shop stand out.

Shocking service I brought this t shirt that went on a promotion for Chadstone overnight shop and was told this can be refunded in store. I go home to find our I've been given the wrong size and also a security tag left on it, which is ridiculous. Plus on returning I am told a sale item can not be returned which is wrong because it's a promotional item not a sale item which I know because I work for retail. This store needs re training and they need to tell people there policy correctly before they purchase cause I'm now left with a shirt that has tags and a size that doesn't fit.
