I have attended upon Activate Remedial Therapy on several occasions now, and I can say with absolute confidence that the service provided has exceeded my expectations every single time! I work long hours sitting at a desk all day long, which involves a lot of typing and writing, so I often get pain in my hands, arms and upper back. Christian was amazing at identifying my problem areas straight away and providing me with much needed relief almost instantly;- which I was extremely surprised about! Christian was very knowledgeable in actually talking me through what he was doing and why I am experiencing the pain that I am. Not only have my sessions with Christian been informative, but the ultimate objective has been met by the end of each appointment - as i have left PAIN FREE!! Christian is the man to see to address your physical ailments. I have a physically demanding role that also sees me cover many hundreds of kms each day or week behind the wheel. This presents physical barriers from the extremes of physicality and sedentary seating. Christian has been instrumental in keeping me moving, flexible and most of all pain free or at least managing the pain/demands of my life. Can not recommend a better remedial therapist . He is skilled in many remedial modalities, so he is sure to have something to help you out.

My 10 year son plays tons of basketball for Rep and domestic so his legs needs regular massages. Christian has been our go to for about a year now and the results has been great. He's awesome to my son, he doesn't hesitate to answer questions he has and even cracks jokes making each session a pleasure. He's exceptional at his craft and we highly recommend him.

I have had been in and out of many treatments from therapists, Oesteo etc about a neck issue. I booked a session with Christian and after a single session I have more movement in my neck than I have in months. Great attention to detail in telling me what he was doing but also asked a lot of questions about my symptoms and feedback during treatment.
