Didn't go there.

My daughter’s experience as a first home buyer was a terrible and soul destroying experience. She signed a contract for vacant possession at settlement - didn’t happen and she was not advised of this to allow her to postpone settlement or cancel contract! She was told the tenants would be out by a set date - didn’t happen! She was told the house was clean at vacancy - didn’t happen!In my opinion, the property manager took advantage of her lack of knowledge with property ownership which is unacceptable and very unprofessional. The accepted standard of cleanliness for an end of tenancy was appalling. The emails and their wording was unacceptable from a ‘professional’ real estate agency.Safe to say I wouldn’t use Blights as rental property managers.
