Ordered on the phone for a balloon arrangement to go to Ballarat hospital. Brilliant service and even sent a photo of the arrangement when it was made up. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Could not have gotten better service. I was contacted back. Received a confirmation text of my order. Received a picture of what it looked like and a confirmation text when it hard arrived. Living 5000ks away and having service like this in hard times makes you really appreciate staff even more. Thank you

Exceptional personal customer service. Karen went above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted and delivered all within an hour of ordering. Amazing to get this service, would fully recommend Balloons Wow and I will definitely be using her services again in the future. 5++++++ Service. :)
