BEWARE!!!! They will NOT inform you of MINIMUM 3 Hr Booking, unless you ask!!! Went all the way with the Booking enquiry...and when I started being specific about prices Well...it's $155 P/H....and a minimum 3 Hr Booking."$465 for a 2 hour job? Forget it."

I recently used Brisbane Removals and found the team to be extremely professional though the entire process. The team that moved me on the day arrived on time took great care of my possessions treating it like it was their own.Would definite use them again.

I booked an appointment to have some items moved into storage and they failed to turn up to the appointment. They then made a second appointment to quote me and arrived 20 mins late without contacting me and upon arrival didn't offer any sort of apology. I then waited for a quote and upon contacting them found out that they had sent the quote to the wrong email address. Extremely disappointed in their service. Their prices however were reasonably competitive.

The guys that helped us move were fantastic however we have noted a few items that did not arrive at the other end and wanted to check to see if they may have been found by your company after the move. I tried calling Jeff on his mobile and left a message and also emailed Jeff and Dwayne but did not get a response from either of them.
