Bras N Things Top Ryde

Considering it was Boxing Day. There wasnt any great deals or sale items. Very disappointing.

The staff there were very helpful and friendly, they were able to put a piece on hold for me as I couldn't find it in other stores. They are also very attentive when you're in the change rooms, they help you find the right sizes.

Remy’s customer service was seriously amazing and she literally went above and beyond for me. If I could give her 6 stars I would. She was genuinely friendly and attentive, and went out of her way to find something for me after I’d already left the store. When I came Back later and she told me what she was able to track down for me (on her own accord mind you, I didn’t ask her to)She literally made my day and my whole bras n things experience. I will definitely be back after this : )

I love how open the store was and it was very clean! The staff were lovely and friendly and offered assistance when required. They had a great supply of stock and a big rack of sales that were at the front of the store.

I have been to this store many times, gotten fitted, had amazing help from the staff! So on Friday me and my sister decided to go in because she has just stopped breastfeeding and wanted to get fitted because she had no idea what her new size was. After being in the store for about 15min no one approached to see if we needed help. I then asked the lady at the desk, who wasn’t doing a thing. If she could help us, she said no because of covid they can’t assist. Which I know they can still help from a far. I explained why we needed help and she said pick any bra and see if it fits. I asked if she could maybe measure her to see. She chucked me a measuring tape and went there you go and walked away. We immediately left, my sister was really nervous about trying bras on and this made her day horrible.The girls are normally amazing and offer so much help (even in covid times) but the two that were there on Friday were horrendous!

This is one store in the centre that offers exemplary customer service. I have mainly spoken with one of the Managers called Holly" when I go into the store. She is both professional

Expensive but quality products, great customer service.
