Spoke to the owner (Steve)on Monday about a rock bucket and he told me he had them in stock and he explained the build quality to me so I told him I would buy one and take the 2 1/2 drive on Tuesday to pick it up. Arrived @10.30am to find the bucket on a forklift ready to be loaded! Very friendly and professional service.The bucket is better then expected and is perfect for firewood and was a bargain in my opinion. Look forward to buying more implements in the future.

Located at a residence / acerage, lacks signage to confirm you are in the right place and where the office is and seemed a little disorganised but very friendly and helpful and products seem good quality for the price point, will definitely look.here first next time I need tractor implements.

Once again MVC went above and beyond for customer satisfaction , transporting a new tractor for Discount Tractors to a very remote property near Laguna, Hunter Valley - Always happy to help the guys out at Discount Tractors, they're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, their prices just can't be argued with, and in my personal experience, 100% a fantastic business to work with. If you're looking for a tractor or implements, I highly recommend these guys.

Great staff very helpful and they have a great range

wow, after reading the other reviews I'm not sure what happened with our customer service but there was 0. We bought a tractor with several implements as a package but then when the main one failed to work they refused to replace it, they did offer to refund our money but at a discounted rate as it was purchased in a package. Leaving us no option but to replace the item ourselves at the full cost, negating the whole point of the package deal we originally purchased, leaving us considerably out of pocket but great business strategy for them. Out of all the implements we purchased, 1 came broken and was refused to be replaced, 1 came with no compliance plates making it impossible to have it serviced by any other convenient, reasonably priced service centre. 1 came with no manual or instructions for assembly or maintenance of the device. The tracker has less than 15 hrs running time and the main fuse that supplies power to the dash and ignition has blown 5 times. the fuel pickup is not located in the bottom of the fuel tank, but off to one side, this means that if you have less than half a tank of fuel you cannot stop on even a mild slope or it shuts down with air in the fuel tube which is difficult to clear, especially when its a regular occurrence.Overall they were not noticeably cheaper than their competition and we have a very expensive piece of machinery that has brought with it, all the issues we expected to avoid by purchasing brand new but in hindsight could have bought a much better model from a trusted retailer for the same money we invested here. When you spend in excess of $35000 on a piece of equipment you expect it to do what it was advertised to do without consistent injections of funds to repair its shortfalls. then another $5000 - $10 000 to replace a part you have already purchased and were refunded considerably less for. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody and would warn any unsuspecting customer to d some careful research before risking everything on these guys. its been nothing but problems right from the beginning unfortunately.
