Great place to visit and stay for a while. Lots of beautiful beaches to visit and not as busy as a lot of other places. Highly recommend.

Something very dodgey!!!I booked to stay there Easter last year with 3 families on 3 separate powered sites. Upon check-in, they gave me a site that was not on the map. After constant questioning, they admitted selling my 3 orginal booked sites to a private buyer and decided not to notify me of the changes for over three months. They moved us to a space that could literally could only fit two small cars and even had the decency to 'wish us luck to fitting 3 family tents on there...The 'unmarked' site was part of a dirt drive way and right next to a house...We complained until they agreed to refund and we happily left to find another park. The owners are very

Facilities at the caravan park are very ordinary to be polite. Location great quite little town BUT do not take a dog ...... the caravan park is dog friendly BUT THE WHOLE TOWN /COMMUNITY ARE NOT !!!Signs up everywhere NO DOGS on the beach or at the inlet between 9am & 6pm so you can’t swim at the beach between the flags at all . VERY RUDE !!

Worst amenities in a park ive ever stayed at all around Australia.Amenities have a construction site out the front where the very rude older owner keeps his spare timber and tool. Was asked to leave because our 5 year old was accused of making noise past 8pm. (He was asleep by 7:30pm)Bore water taps have rusty screws and nails hanging out.Sites are not secure as there are multiple entry's to the park, with ours right next to an open gate to a main rd.I saw campers using the beach shower accross the road and sink to brush there teeth in the main street as they are better.

This was a good trip. we called last minute and secured 2 nights stay here. The lady was very helpful and managed to move us onto another plot next to our current one for a 3rd night. Some non-power camp plots are better than others and we found that the best positioned plots were all booked out. The plots that we managed to secure were under a heavy duty power line which we didn't like too much. I suppose the lesson learnt here is to plan and book ahead and ask for a certain plot. Apart for the power line, the site is in a great spot, only 3 mins walk to the beach and a 60 second walk to the general store which was well equipped with food, ice, drinks, alcohol and basic tools and fishing gear. I'd definitely stay again, but would aim to avoid plot 66 and 67. The site has very basic showers, but worked fine and the kitchen room was very helpful which had a kettle, drinking water, microwave, toaster and BBQ for us to use. Also a book case with various books to read. They also have boogie boards which you can borrow for free with a $50 refundable deposit.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!We tried to contact the owners to let them know we'd be arriving late, they didn't answer the phone and the voicemail said to email any enquiries, so I did. We got there, tried calling 3 times (as the office was unattended) until they answered on the fourth call, they answer the phone with what!?" We were taken back a little then proceeded to tell them we had arrived

Don’t bother, Incompetent, probably should have read the reviews before dealing with these people. Lesson learned
