Had very bad experience with domain property agents. After I applied for property they never got back to me. I had to call them after I saw deposit was already taken in real state app. At least they could inform me after deposit was taken then I would look for other property. I would never suggest anyone to deal with this real state in future they are not professional at all.

Ross did good work for me, he managed my property well for about six months while it was renting; he was recommended by the building manager of my block, so it seems she had heard no complaints from other owners/tenants (Ross manages a dozen or more units i that block).Then Ross helped me sell it and I made a very substantial capital gain. Obviously 'the market' was good, but so was Ross' advice; together we decided the market probably was peaking and it was therefore a good time to sell (and Ross went out of his way to also discuss this with my brother, a financial advisor, which I appreciated). Then Ross managed the inspections well, kept me constantly updated, and ended up negotiating hard with several interested buyers to get me a good deal. Then, literally in the same week as the property settled the Sydney market fell for the first time in 5 or 6 years: perfect timing!So my experiences with Ross were all positive, I would recommend him to anyone wanting to manage or sell property in the Marrickville area where he concentrates his business activities.

I met Ross by accident on the streets of Summer Hill and got talking to him about selling my apartment. He spent 15 minutes giving me free advice on how to choose an agent, what commission to pay, how to style the space and when the best opportunity would be to sell. I went away and did what he said - and my place sold at a great price within a week! If I hadn't talked to Ross I would definitely have paid a much higher commission and probably got a lower sale price. Thanks mate!

Cancelled an inspection 4 minutes before the allotted time. Very poor management, I'd already reorganized my day around this and they'd confirmed it the day before via email.
