Unprofessional with no customer service didn’t help as we were treated like we where an inconvenience rather then a customer

Tried to buy last year bicycle...didnt bother to call back, since they are local tried again to pop in to give a second chance...didnt even bother to check and just advise no more available, advise only this year model....while I knew the distributor still carry about 10 in stock. Anyway, closed the deal on 4k bike on another bike shop...slightly further away.

Such a helpful and welcoming place. I went in as a damsel in distress with a stuffed chain and the gentleman fixed it calmly and kindly with no charge

Needed two new tubeless tires for my Downhill bike, ended up getting Maxxis High Roller II tires. I provided the tubeless glue and new valves for the rim.Nonetheless the price of the final fitting was 220$I accepted this and took my bike home, however, every time I rode the bike I had to refill the tires with air to ensure they would grip and handle the terrain properly. One week when I was busy with uni I didn't get to ride my bike and by the end of the week the bike tires were empty, so I decided to take the bike back in to get the tires repaired. They did this, but at the end of it insisted on charging me a further 20$ for the new rim tape (which just weeks before I bought new as part of the instalment of tires.)It has been about 2 months since I had the tires repaired and they are going flat again. Very frustrated.
