I just received my delivery and it was packaged beautifully. I also received a special gift inside. Everything I received was better than I imagined. I just wished that the Halloween Lantern had solar lights. That would've made it perfect for Halloween night. I cannot believe that Earth Fairy is in the Perth Hills. I dare not enter in, as it would be bad for the bank balance. I must only shop online.- I believe in Faries.

I was so incredibly impressed by the customer service, thoughtfulness of the packaging, and high quality of the items. In particular the soft Fairy Doll - Rose is of beautiful quality. Jacquie and her team went above and beyond to make sure I would receive my items in time for Christmas. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Earth Fairy were absolutely wonderful. I received my items very promptly, in time for my lovely little granddaughter’s holiday visit. She adored the gnomes and fairies (as I did), and woke up each morning asking to go and visit them in the garden.. What a delight!!!! They are only tiny but bring a great deal of joy. Thank you Earth Fairy!!!!!

On their website for the item I purchased they said they ship after 48 hrs, placed the order and paid extra for express shipping but in the confirmation email it said they ship after 4 days. Wrong information to begin with and didn't receive the items on time for the party. They never replied to my emails. Not acceptable.
