Booked car 3 weeks in advance with repair list,parts not ordered,2 1/2 hrs labour(fair),hung out for 6 hrs to get vehicle back,parts marked up to 80%.Not happy.

A gemstone in the small town of Boort. With RWC approved function. And a friendly Mechanic named Carlton who'm spared so much of his time, sympathies and most importantly initiative during our situation. A blown gasket during the start of work at Cobram olives has led to countless issues. Since, he has offered his best advice, communicated with local shops for parts, educated us general maintenance, and what to look out for our upcoming car specific inspection. He hasn't charged us a dime, although after this experience I'm inclined on handing a pack of beers. 5/5 rest assured, if you break down in Boort and you reach Carlton or Gregg (the owner) they'll do their best to patch you up ASAP.

Came in this morning with an overheating issue. Carlton looked at our car immediately, found the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and made us aware of other possible issues as well. So glad we stopped by
