Ben was amazing, he got me in promptly as we were just travelling through and l was in extreme pain. After listening intently he worked his magic on the table and I went from hardly being able to sit down to walking out of there free of pain. What a legend thanks mate

I was looking for a massage therapist near me and chanced upon this site online. As usual, we give a service a chance based on reviews, but no matter how good the ratings are we make our own assessment after our first visit. My first impression was most positive and I have booked a second treatment. Coral delivered on all levels.

After years of discomfort and pain in my hip I decided to seek professional help. Whilst the physiotherapist was able to help strengthen my muscles I still never felt my pelvis was balanced. I was told I had a labral tear from pushing too hard in gymnastics as a child. Surgery was not recommended as often isn't successful. On speaking with a good friend she recommended Ben. Not knowing what to expect I felt completely at ease on my first visit. Ben was able to pinpoint exactly where I needed adjusting and explained in detail what he was doing. Never did I think it would give such immediate relief. My spine previously felt tight and pinched in the middle, my pelvis was tilted and I suffered regular headaches. Walking out of the practice I felt physical relief from the adjustments. I would highly recommend Ben at Seaside Chiro as it is the first time in many years I have no pinching, grabbing and grinding in my hip joint .... plus I'm more flexible for yoga! Thanks so much!
