If communication is important to you, do not use this business. Alex failed to send the first quote - in fact it couldnt even be found on their system. He then came and measured up again. I had to chase the 2nd quote up and received it 10 days later. I had questions regarding levelling and Alex was to return my call..... he didnt so I chased him AGAIN! Alex said he would come the next day to measure the fall as things were not as busy because it was so close to Christmas - And he just didnt turn up!

I have nothing but praise for this company. Their service was exceptional. I needed commercial grade floor laid for new premises for my small business and was needing to get it done quickly. All Flooring Solutions were fantastic, they came out with samples, measured up and the floor was laid within a week! (especially impressive as this is the busy period leading up to Christmas) The floor looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I was impressed because mine was a relatively small job in the grand scheme of things but the service I receive from the office to the rep to the installation could not have been better. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and thank them for the great service I received.
