The product itself seems ok, but they panicked when COVID first hit and delivered our order early, against the builders instructions. Later they refused to come back and help the builder assemble the doors and window THEY MADE. In hindsight we should've withheld payment to maintain leverage as they don't want to know us and just blame the builder, even though they supplied fly screens that don't fit. Their workmanship on the flush pull handles is appalling. Installed at their factory not straight and bent. Again, they blame my builder! Think twice before you use these guys.

I had 4 timber windows custom made by Patron windows and one being very tricky. Super happy with the quality and service. Would definitely recommend them in our future renovations.
